Hello Keith and Bronwyn, thank you for your good work and prompt inspection on both occasions. We were able to lower the price of the property to include the 'unauthorised building work' report and remedial work. Our guess was that it would cost about $ 5'000.0 to fix it all, and we ask for a reduction of 2.5k, but they gave us 3K.

Hi Keith Your report was excellent and was the deal breaker. Your photos are what convinced me. The repairs that had been done were very shoddy, and looked like something I would do myself. The leaks too numerous to mention.
